To send distance healing to you I will need to know your NAME, LOCATION and an idea of whats troubling you? 
A photograph is useful, but not essential. There is no need to specify what the problem is because the great an beauty 
of Reiki is that as a positive energy it will go to exactly where it is needed. All that is required from you is that you are 
in a relax position- sitting or lying down- and that you are not disturbed. If you wish you can light a candle or burn oils 
or incense, play soft meditation music if you so desire. The session will last approximately 40/ 60 minutes.
